Small parcels items are dispatched with Fastway Couriers: 2 - 5 working days for delivery.

At this time we only deliver to addresses in the above counties.
In the interest of safety for our customers & our colleagues at this time, we will only deliver to your front door.
If you have an old appliance for recycling, please have this removed and ready at your front door at the time of delivery.

These will be delivered via outside 3rd party couriers which can take 2 - 5 working days for delivery.


Home Delivery Includes the Removal of Your Old Appliances for Recycling provided they are disconnected and ready for the driver at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately due to the current Level 5 COVID-19 restriction we are unable to provide an installation service at this time. If you have any queries regarding this please Contact Us Here.

PLEASE NOTE: Before we arrive you will need to make sure of the following:

1. Access is clear to the area you want your appliance delivered and / or installed
2. The appliance will fit into the space available and will fit through any doorways / passages
3. In the case of installation, all necessary electrical and plumbing connection points are within 1.5 meters of where the appliance is to be installed

Firstly we will arrange a delivery date.
The day before your delivery we will contact you with an approximate time for your delivery.

What Happens If I Am Not Available to Take my Delivery or Miss my Delivery?
If you will not be available to receive your delivery or you have missed your scheduled time
